Your Role
What You’ll Own
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and SME customers based in EMEA
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to drive expansion revenue
- Develop strategic account plans to identify upsell and expansion opportunities across our product lines
- Present tailored, solution-oriented pitches and lead negotiations for upsells and renewals
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and support teams and advocate for the client’s interest within the company
- Report on account performance and customer health and prepare accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue projections
Your Skillset
- 3+ years in SaaS sales or account management (experience in finance/fintech preferred)
- Good analytical skills and outstanding time management
- Proven success in hitting NRR and growth targets
- Strong communication skills in English (C1), business fluency in German and Spanish are a plus
- Confident working with complex products and senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative
