Working closely with Marketing Leadership, Sales, Product, and other cross-functional teams, you'll gain a front-row seat to how modern B2B marketing actually moves the needle. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented native German speaker who's excited to learn fast and contribute from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive Content Localization: Support the localization of marketing content from English into German, and coordinate translations into other languages such as Spanish. Review translated materials to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and local relevance across markets.
- Power Sales Enablement: Help develop and organize sales enablement materials such as presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and customer-facing assets, while building and maintaining an internal marketing wiki to keep knowledge accessible across teams.
- Contribute to Strategic Projects: Get involved in high-impact initiatives like company rebranding, market positioning, and messaging development, plus support research, competitor analysis, and market intelligence gathering.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Provide hands-on support to Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Field Marketing on campaigns, content distribution, and events, while partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Success on joint initiatives.
- Champion AI-Driven Innovation: Leverage AI tools to boost marketing efficiency and explore AI-driven workflows for content creation, research, documentation, and campaign support.
- Keep the Marketing Engine Running: Support campaign planning and execution, assist with data collection and reporting, help maintain brand consistency across all assets, and take ownership of ad hoc projects as they come up.
