Du möchtest Finanzinnovationen sicher machen? Als Information Security Manager (all genders) schützt du unsere maßgeschneiderten SaaS-Lösungen und trägst zentral zur Weiterentwicklung unseres ISMS bei – im Einklang mit DORA, ISO 27001 und regulatorischen Anforderungen des Finanzsektors.

Deine Aufgaben

Weiterentwicklung, Implementierung und Pflege des ISMS gemäß DORA, ISO 27001 und relevanten Finanzmarktregulierungen
Planung und Durchführung interner sowie externer Audits – in Zusammenarbeit mit interner Revision und externen Prüfern
Koordination von Business-Continuity-Maßnahmen inkl. Dokumentation
Identifikation, Analyse und Bewertung von IT- und operationellen Risiken
Erstellung von Risiko- und Sicherheitsreports für Geschäftsführung und Aufsichtsbehörden
Initiierung und Überwachung von Penetrationstests für unsere SaaS-Applikationen
Durchführung interner Self-Audits zur Überprüfung der Wirksamkeit interner Kontrollen
Entwicklung und Durchführung von Security-Trainings und Awareness-Workshops
Unterstützung bei Kunden- und Mitarbeitendenanfragen rund um Informationssicherheit

Das bringst du mit

Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Informatik, Informationssicherheit oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Informationssicherheits- oder Risikomanagement – idealerweise im Finanz- oder Bankenumfeld
Sehr gute Kenntnisse von regulatorischen Anforderungen (DORA, MaRisk) und ISO 27001
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
Kommunikationsstärke, Teamorientierung, analytisches Denken und Eigeninitiative

Your Role

Do you want to make financial innovation secure? As an Information Security Manager (all genders), you will protect our tailored SaaS solutions and play a key role in developing our ISMS in line with DORA, ISO 27001, and financial sector regulations.

Your Responsibilities

Further development, implementation, and maintenance of the ISMS in accordance with DORA, ISO 27001, and relevant financial regulations
Planning and conducting internal and external audits together with internal audit and external auditors
Coordinating business continuity measures and maintaining relevant documentation
Identifying, analyzing, and assessing IT and operational risks
Preparing security and risk reports for senior management and supervisory authorities
Initiating, coordinating, and monitoring penetration tests to ensure the resilience of our SaaS applications
Conducting internal self-audits to review the effectiveness of internal controls and processes
Planning and delivering security trainings and awareness workshops
Responding to customer and employee inquiries related to information security

Your Profile

Degree in Economics with focus on Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in information security or risk management, ideally in the financial or banking sector
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (especially DORA, MaRisk) and ISO 27001
Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
Independent, structured working style with a hands-on mentality
Strong communication skills, a team mindset, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach
