THE ROLE
You should ideally have a sales/account management background with a SaaS technology business and be familiar with enterprise sales cycles and dealing with complex relationships.
Your role will involve both growing revenues with our existing customer base as well as ensuring that they are fully supported and achieving their goals.

We follow a hybrid working schedule with 3 days at the office per week. We currently have three offices in Germany in Berlin, Munich and Hamburg.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across enterprise-level accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying, developing, and closing upsell business opportunities.
- Solution Selling: Clearly articulate complex solutions to potential clients, demonstrating value propositions and customizing presentations to address client-specific needs.
- Account Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive account plans, including growth strategies, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery for our clients.
- Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and improve customer experiences.
What you bring to the team:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in enterprise account management or sales within the SaaS industry.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Solution Selling Skills: Ability to explain complex products and customize solutions to meet client needs.
- Self-Driven and Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while staying motivated to achieve goals.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills in German (business fluent C2) and English
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and formulate actionable strategies.
- Collaborative Approach: Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also thriving independently.
